HALion Sonic SE 3 requires the eLicenser Control Center, Steinberg Activation Manager and Steinberg Library Manager for license and content management. Please install these utilities additionally if they are not present on your system, and you want to use the HALion Sonic SE 3 installer available below.
When installing via the Steinberg Download Assistant, the separate installation of the utilities is not necessary.
